3D
Although I struggled with the almost surreal scenario at first, my persistence paid off and once the story got going, the movie turned out to be a fun ride. The animation is top notch and up there with the best of Pixar and Dreamworks and the 3D is consistently good, sometimes excellent and occasionally stunning (the spaghetti tornado scene and action-packed finale having the best moments). Overall, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs was a fun, if slightly kooky 3D CGI animation from Sony. Buy at Amazon.co.uk
